A Review of the Workshops Conducted in 2016

In the past few months, the intuitive healer and counselor Nirmala Sewani successfully hosted a series of unique group sessions to unite the local community in Gurgaon under a common spiritual cause which placed self-awareness, personal transformation and healing and at the forefront of the agenda. Group Counsellings and Meditation Sessions are a powerful catalyst for personal and spiritual growth. Under the guidance of a experienced Spiritual Therapist, the individuals present in the group will help themselves and one another. It offers participants an effective, efficient and economical option for healing relational and emotional issues. Each one of these three sessions had its own theme and subject of focus.

The first workshop centered around Meditation with Colour Therapy and was held on Sunday, August 7th at the luxurious Pllazio Hotel, Sector 29, Gurgaon. Colour therapy is a proven method used by the alternative health industry to treat physical ailments and balance emotional and psychological well-being. Colour is simply light that has been split into different wavelengths that vibrate at different speeds and frequencies. Each of these colours have unique effects on your emotions, health and physiology. Sunlight is a blend of 7 different colours- red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet. Each trigger a specific hormonal response in the human body, which consequently has associating emotional and psychological effects Guests gained an in-depth knowledge on an ancient healing technique that has been used by several world cultures, completely safe and non-invasive way to boost the natural healing processes and lead yourself to the harmony of mind, body and spirit. The workshop had been split into an intensive meditation session and a individual counsellings opportunity which lead attendees to walk away feeling empowered.

The Prosperity Enhancement Meditation & Counsellings session with the expert Yagna Acharya Shri Nirmala Sewani took place on 4th September, 11am onwards at the Optus Sarovar Premiere. This intensive group session explored the group’s psychological connection to lack, scarcity and fear and helped them break free of unconscious negative patterns and limiting thoughts The goal of this session was to invite abundance, wealth and prosperity into one’s general mindset and lifestyle. Participants enjoyed an insightful round of questions and answers with Shri Nirmala, after which everyone joined in for a guided meditation. Guests could also engage with Shri Nirmala for a Personal Consultation after the live training program.

The core focus of this session was to reprogram the heart and crown chakra. Shri Nirmala taught the audience that in order to attract an infinite flow of abundance, health, wealth and prosperity into your life , the Heart/Anahata Chakra and Crown/Agya Chakra must be first free of blockages, functioning in a clear and open condition. The 4th, Heart or Anahata is our energy center from which love, joy, happiness and compassion radiates from. It also allows where sorrow, lack, greed stems from. The workshop and consultation sessions helped participants to pinpoint their blockages in this particular energy center so that they could eventually be healed. Everyone felt a supportive environment to open themselves to communicate about their fears and self-understanding.. Shri Nirmala provided attendants of the workshop with spiritual tools to enhance their growth, such as meditation, visualization, breath work, acceptance, forgiveness, prayer, astrology, stones, aura cleansing and chakra balancing.

Her most recent event was conducted over the weekend of 15th October 2016 in Jaipur. The night was special as it marked the arrival of “Sharad Purnima,” an auspicious harvest festival signalling the end of the Monsoon season in India. It is believed that the radiance of the moon on this night has an especially tranquilizing and illuminating effect on the mind. Shri Nirmala hosted a Collective Meditation that celebrated this lunar occasion by bringing together nearly 200 individuals and uniting them with the spirit of mantras that have the power to harmonise the chakras. The soothing effects of the mass meditation were unmistakeable as the participating faces glowed with peace and tranquility under the gentle guidance of the spiritual counselor and the light of the moon.

These workshops are only the beginning of the series Shri Nirmala wishes the conduct over the coming months. She feels great joy in bringing spiritual community together in a world where this aspect of togetherness is needed the most. A Prayer

As a little girl, as I stepped into my teens, I never realized that I carried a divine blessing within me. Naïve and innocent, dressed in floral patterned dresses, I answered every question promptly. While predicting for all who had unblemished faith in me became a way of life, little did I know that like a typical sixteen year old, I could no longer be oblivious to the delicately overpowering yet the beautiful feeling of love.
It was magical yet amazingly serene. The feeling was so strong for my soul mate that my heart and mind painted an amazing picture of my imaginative invisible beloved my heart yearned to meet one day. Writing came naturally to me, probably the most pertinent mode for me to pen down these effervescent overflowing thoughts of him that filled my senses so intensely. I realized that my love for him had turned into something way stronger, purer and more meaningful – a soulful prayer, an ‘Ibaadat’.

A Prayer (7th July 1981)
Your very existence seems to be way beyond the realms of my understanding,
And far far away from reality.
While I try to look for the light, the source of life that I emanated from,
I feel the strong bond that your being shares with my body and soul,
Within which I search for my infinite desire to love
Which ends at the alter of your pure love.
It is this serene love of yours that leads my learned mind to a place where soulful oasis exist.
It is in these oases that I see you and only your reflection,
And Today, my feelings tell me that you are my dawn, you are my twilight, my God and even my prayer !

As I grew up I started realizing and understanding better what I had penned down…..love is a many splendid thing my dear friends. Love is a celebration that goes way beyond a lifetime. For all you warm hearts out there that beat and thrive on love, who have imagined and waited for their soul mates, let me tell you that there is one out there for each one of you. Just as you seek your love so does your soul mate.

Today, as the world celebrates the day of love on Saint Valentines Day, my endeavor would be a soulful prayer for each one of you souls to meet their mate.
Wishing you all a day and life filled with pure love and serenity.

Two children born on the same day, same year at the same time have different destinies! WHY???

As I turn a year older today, I feel a whole bunch of happy emotions. There is happiness to be able to spend my day with my loved ones and joy of reliving my childhood with my two-year-old niece Peehu!

While I was travelling from Gurgaon to Jaipur yesterday, the six – hour road journey turned into one of nostalgia, leaving me reminiscing incidents of my childhood. While predicting came naturally to me, something that always complimented it was a humongous list of questions. I call it complimented because the queries that seemed extremely innocent had deep rooted thoughts behind them. As I grew up, I took off on a path of self – study and research to find answers to these troublesome elements in my life.

Here is one such story that will interest you extremely. In 1992, one day while I was in my office, a lady walked in with her better half and two children. When she showed me her horoscope, I was completely awestruck. I was staring at my own horoscope. After a couple of minutes of being completely dumb founded, I quickly looked at the birth details. She was born on 23rd February 1965, at 0400 hours at the Victoria Hospital in Ajmer, Rajasthan. I just could not believe this, this was me. It had to be. There was no mistake. I looked at it more intently to see that while she was tagged into bed number 3 when she was born, I belonged to bed number 5. A quick glance at her life revealed that while she was married when she was barely nineteen and a half, I never tied the knot, she had three sisters while I had 4, she was just a high school pass while I went way beyond college, she was married into an affluent family while I had to strive and work very hard to reach there. All these things triggered off a question in my mind……….two children born on the same day, same time and same year had completely different destinies while the destinies were not poles apart. There were similarities but the differences definitely existed. And this was enough for my thinking faculties to start their daily chore.

I looked and looked and read and thought till I eventually found answers to all that rattled my brains. The first substantial cause for the difference in destinies was the day and time of conception of the child that varies completely. When a child breathes his first in his mother’s womb at the beginning of the fourth month of pregnancy, the astral combinations start shaping the destiny of the child at that very time. While a normal cycle for a child to be born is 280 days, a child may be born in 270 days or 290 days.

This in turn would mean that both the children would have been in the womb of the mother for different number of days. One may have been born after 9 months of pregnancy while the second may have been born pre mature.

The next 25% is contributed by the DNA of the child that also carries the destinies of the parents of the child. For instance, the child may have inherited diabetes from one or both the parents. However, it is quite possible that this may or may not come up in the horoscope of the child.

Last but not the least the environment in which the child is conceived in and born and brought up into also determines the future of the child. This fills up the last 25% slot of the determining factor. For instance if 6 baby girls were born on 1st November 1972 at the same time and place, one of them being Aishwarya Rai, chances are that the other 5 may have similar wealthy lives but none would become another Aishwarya Rai. Aishwarya may have been brought up and groomed to become Miss World while another may have been groomed to marry a rich Industrialist. Upbringing of the child becomes a very strong determining factor of the destiny of the child.

When we look at all the above, we understand how astrology and predictive sciences play a vital role in shaping up the lives of each mortal, however it does not abstain from the fact it is an amazing art form that tends to explain all in the most simplest and beautiful forms. It definitely is a heavenly or ‘noorani’ art form way above the rest.

Connotation of Colors – How it determines the character of human beings!

The most beautiful and vivacious creation of God had been the different shades and hues of colors that add life to all it touches. Interestingly enough, the source of all these amazing colors is the plain and simple white from which these colors emanate. Their brilliance culminates in when they merge into black. Hence, white and black form the universal colors.

Colors other than the universal colors the rest of them belong to the stars, the celestial bodies that govern our lives. They provide shape to our individuality, our characteristics and personality traits, our nature and even spell out the events that may occur in our lives. These colors that paint our lives in different shades also form the different shades of emotions, seasons and festivals.

Holi is a festival that marks ‘Phagun Ritu’ or Spring – the season of colors. Nature blossoms and blushes with the vivid festive colors. The colors of flowers and nature brings about waves of happiness and joy, vivacity and enthusiasm in life giving it a beautiful meaning. Nature seems to flaunt a blanket of different hues of vibrant colored flowers.

Today, on this festival of colors, Holi, my heart wants to write about colors, what star and seasons they represent and how each determines your character and achievements in life.

The most vibrant and bright color that stands out amongst the rest, red radiates warmth and hence represents the summers. It signifies the blood in our veins and stands for the planet Mars, it also represents speed, courage and a sharp mind. People who are extremely fond of this color are enthusiastic and extroverts. They are very expressive about their thoughts and feelings and are quick decision makers. This attribute however makes them very impulsive in nature attracting fast paced events in their lives. They have a settled career by the time they are 28, with incomes from diverse sources and this can be attributed to their bright and intelligent disposition that comes with a very clean heart and mind.

However, the moment you add a tinge of black color to convert this red into a maroon, it adds an extra person to the existing one. ….a dual personality.

This color is the essence of spring forms the sign of autumn. Representing the planet Jupiter and the skin and liver in the human body it brings out amazing personality traits of those who love this color. Each human being who loves this shade finds the shade of a child in his heart. If someone prefers the golden yellow to the pale shade of yellow, his will adorn a clever and intelligent personality with a consistent and stable career. These positive thinkers go on to achieve fame. Failure does not deter them. Their ability to think spiritually and lead a happy and content life helps them settle in life as per their family trends.

The moment the preference of a person changes from a golden yellow to a shade darker ie. Mustard yellow, his personality too changes by a shade making them an introvert unable to express their feelings let alone share them.

The most rejuvenating color green bids adieu to the staunching heat of the summers and welcomes the rainy season that brings about a sense of new life and freshness in nature and in the minds of all. This color stands for the planet Mercury and relates to the veins and kidneys in the human body.

The lovers of this beautiful color are happy souls who find satisfaction in giving. They are extremely hardworking and deserving so their undaunted courage helps them succeed early in life. Their world is centered around their family and loved ones and they strive to bring about mental peace and financial stability in their lives. Expressive by nature, the peak of their lives lingers between the age of 40 – 55. Success in almost all aspects of life comes naturally to them.

The color that seems to be so cold represents the winter season. People who feel strongly about blue are extremely inquisitive and their minds are infested with millions of questions. Perhaps that is the reason why this color has an affinity towards Literacy, light, research and development and Invention. The people who are passionate about blue usually end up as scientists and success to them comes late in life between the ages of 32-37. Once they take off on their careers then there is just no looking back. Being balanced in their thoughts and minds, their spiritual and worldly lives go hand in hand.

The ones who love a darker shade of blue, which is the sea blue, are complete cleanliness freaks. They do not appreciate interference in their lives and hence, don’t interfere in anyone else’s.

The personalities of lovers of the Indigo Blue take a sharp turn. Extremely reserved with a serious nature they have a very warm and kind heart. They make the best social workers and are always more than glad to share what they own.

Ruled by the planet Saturn, blue represents the nerves and thought process in the homo sapiens.

The most lively color of spring, orange represents the Sun. Its amazing to see how the life of people are influenced by color of this galactic star that is the source of life for our earth.

The lovers of bright orange have a pure soul but believe in living life the king size. Restless yet extremely determined, these dreamers are achievers and hence their courage leads them to success and fame. Patriotic but spiritual, they believe in God and are the dedicated to their cause and also their loved ones. They are known to settle both in life and career in their youth between 22 – 27 years of age. Orange represents the muscles and the arteries that carry the oxygenated purified blood in the human body.

This adorable color of love marks the advent of adolescence and innocence. T represents the season of love that lasts forever. The lovers of this shade make excellent dreamers but not achievers.

Lovers of the most delicate shade of light pink are emotional and let their hearts rule over their mind. Time killers, they form the lazy, non – ambitious genre of people who succeed very late in life although their careers take off very early. Delicate and sensitive in nature, these pessimistic beings often get into bouts of depression.

A darker shade has a different story to tell about the lovers of this color. They love life, are selfish and self centered, they know what their rights are and make sure they get it. These characteristics in them attract huge events in their lives that make them suffer eventually.

Pink connotes the delicate lips and cheeks in the human body and Venus and Malefic Mars in the galaxy.

This universal color brings out the visionary in a human being. It also marks the clever and shrewd characteristic, which is definitely not innocent and represents shining Venus.

It’s the off – white shade of color that represents the beautiful moon. It is the effect of this that makes the heart rule over the head rendering a person very emotional and a daydreamer. The personality trait includes extreme dedication and is mark of royalty too and represents the bones in the human body.

This extremely bold color that absorbs all the colors, stands for an absorbing personality who is extremely creative, a deep thinker and enjoys happy and sad emotions. He is compassionate and a good listener to others’ problems making it a point never to share his own.

The lovers of the color grey lead luxurious lives with a hint of royalty. These achievers, experience amazing success and exponential financial growth and gift themselves a lifestyle that is larger than life

After a lighter shade of black comes the black of black. People who are really passionate about he darkest tinge of black lead a happy and sad life. They experience a balance of emotions in their lives. It s towards the end of their lives that they start moving away from the materialistic world to a spiritual one. Their typical personality traits are stability; security and they work very hard towards attaining it.

Most people think that it’s the stars, the planets, the destinies, their up bringing that shape their personalities in real life but ever thought how colors can have an everlasting effect too?

So what color do you love?

Maun – The sound of Silence!

One of the most unique features that distinguish human beings from the rest of the living beings on mother earth is their ability to communicate through sounds with the use of words. It is the words that form the most powerful medium of expression. God’s gift of words to mankind is just a medium to transfer his thought process to all born on this magnificent planet called earth.

The Vedas have always emphasized that the power of the word is unlimited that goes way beyond the infinite sky and the galaxies. However, you will be really surprised to know that there is something much more powerful, probably millions of times more with depths that seem to be fathomless…..its the sound of silence.

It was after years of meticulous ‘mauns’ (Observing Silent Fasts) I understood that the immense strength of silence comes from the fact that it is completely devoid of the burden of words. A silent fast is the cleanser of body, mind and soul. The sound of silence and its effects are galactic. The immediate effect can be seen in the thought process of the individual that increases multifold. Little that he knows that soon his creativity knows no bounds, his artistic inclination touches new heights, his reservoir of energy flows incessantly and slowly cleanses his body, mind and soul.

These silent fasts find their roots and origin in the ‘navtratras’ which means ‘shakti aradhana’ or the worship of power. Essentially there are four navratras in a year. Each has its own connotation and importance. In totality they account for 40 days in a year. Two of these are ‘Jaagrit’ or well known to the layman while the other two are ‘Gupt’ or closed and not to commonly known. They also have another meaning to it. During the ‘Gupt mauns’, the learned assimilate all their energies and meditate discretely towards enhancing them to be able to then utilize them for a better and higher cause for the needy. So, this is essentially a time to sow the seeds for greater energies and greater abilities to serve mankind.

The ‘Jaagrit mauns’ its time to reap what has already been sown in the ‘Gupt mauns’. The assimilated energies are now utilized to worship and for the betterment of the human race.

I would go into a maun on all the four navratras in a year, and after years of following that diligently now I do that twice a year.

Here is a little insight into the 4 Navratras that occur in a year

1. Chaitra Shukla Pratipada – Shukla Dashmi: This marks the beginning of the summer season and the new year (According to the Hindu lunar calendar). A ‘Jaagrit’ navratra by nature this Basantic Navratri is the second most popular navratra. Durga iAashaads worshipped in the form of Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth and is known as Shree.

2. Aashaad Shukla Pratipada – Shukla Dashmi: This navratri welcomes the ‘Varsha Ritu’ or the Rainy Season bringing a relief to the parched and dry earth that yearns for relief bringing about a sense of relief and joy all around. This is a discrete navratra.

3. Ashwani Shukla Pratipada – Shukla Dashmi: Also known as the Shardiya navratra, this is the most popular navratra which is celebrated all over India in vivid forms with differing connotations. This is the time for ‘maha puja’ when Durga is worshipped as Lakshmi, Saraswati and Kaali. It also stands to rid darkness and welcome the winter season and marks the harvest of the wheat crop.

4. Maagh Shukla Pratipada – Shukla Dashmi. This is the strongest and the most difficult of the navratras and is ‘Gupt’ or discrete in nature. Durga is worshipped as Ma Shaarde or Ma Saraswati, the Goddess of art and enlightenment. This navratra blossoms when the spring blossoms and there is love in the air. It is said that it is during this time that the Gods from the heaven descend to the earth to romance. I guess that is why valentines day is also celebrated around this time.

Having told you about all the navratras, this is almost the end of my maun on day one of this Chaitra navratra. The feeling and sound of silence has been overwhelming. Go on and experience the new high that a maun can make you feel, even if it is for a very short span of time, even an hour or two. You will be amazed with the healing touch of this sound of silence!

Behind the establishment of any knowledge, subject or matter there is only one concern – it should be useful to make human life happy & prosperous and make the civilization & culture progressive & developing.

Vedic Vaastu Shaastra and Feng Shui(Chinese Vaastu Shastra), also work on the principle of improvement thereby making human life and its environment happy and prosperous.

“Yatha Pinde Tatha Brahmande” means that there is an entire Universe in all matter, whatever small it is. In this way, man and his dwelling is part of the Universe. Many unseen universal elements also affect them e.g. – flow of magnetic energy in north and South Pole and ultra violet & infra red rays in sunlight. The combinations of all these elements are the basis of Vedic Vaastu Shaastra.

The meaning of ‘Vaastu’ is present & impactful. There are five major elements present in this universe, from which our bodies and this world are made of. The variance in its size, structure and form make the difference. The following words of Tulsidas also prove it-

“Chiti jal pavak gagan samveera
Panch Rahit Yeh Adham Shareera”

That is to say earth, water, fire, air and sky are the five basic elements, whose fine balance rules the Laws of Nature. Whenever there is an imbalance in these five elements, the human body & the related environment have to suffer the ill consequences. It is also stated in Ayurveda that whenever there is disharmony in air, fire and water in our body our body system faces many ill effects. For example – imbalance of air leads to gastric problems, disharmony of water leads to cough & cold and skin disorders like acne etc. are faced due to excess of fire.

When the five elements of our body are in harmony or balance with nature, our life will be organized and will run smoothly. In simple words, this means that the house in which you reside should be in harmony & balance with your own basic nature. A person living in a house with imbalanced elements will suffer from mental stress, economic losses, physical problems, lowering in social status and fear of government etc.

It is important to understand that the science of vaastu shaastra is dependent on the individual, i.e. your own basic characteristics and the alignment of stars at the time of your birth. This determines how your house should be made. For example, if you are a person with water sign of pisces, scorpio or cancer, then the direction of your main door should be in north east whereas, if you have a fire sign then the house should be facing south east.

Similarly, in nature if there is disharmony in the proportion of fire, air & water or there is any deformity then there are adverse effects on the environment. For example, due to imbalance in air element there are storms, due to imbalance in fire elements there are earthquakes, volcano irruptions etc and due to water imbalance there are floods, tsunami etc. It is obvious that this imbalance in environment can ruin human life completely.

Therefore it is necessary that wherever we live on this planet we have to create a balance between all the five basic elements to lead a fruitful life.

It is an established fact that opposites attract and like things repel. Due to attraction there is formation of nature and due to repulsion it is exactly the opposite i.e. destruction.

In similar manner, Chinese folklore have a famous proverb that the life has three main components i.e “Luck, literature & fengshui”. Fengshui is as old as Vaastu Shaastra in India. Around 5000 years ago followers of Buddhism took this knowledge to China through Tibet. And for spreading the knowledge of their religion they established “Matha” temples and there the Vaastu Shaastra of India and the Chinese knowledge regarding enhancing prosperity came under one umbrella & became ‘Fengshui’.

When Fengshui came to India, due to excessive attraction of all Indians towards all imported items, we started following it blindly without thinking and thought ourselves to be blessed.

What is Fengshui? Feng means water and shui means air. Chinese believe that if environmental powers like water and air are favorable to Universe, it will not only create balance in the nature but also improve our luck.

The principle of fengshui joins human and nature on the basis of Yin & Yang. Yin means positive energy and Yang means negative energy. These two powers rule the entire Universe. According to Chinese vaastu shaastra – ‘fengshui’- ‘chi’ is pranic energy which flows in every direction. This energy is a symbol of life. This invisible chi makes rivers flow, give life to trees, make fields full and chi flows even inside human body. This life giving chi has two parts- positive ‘yin’ & negative ‘yang’. For good health & fruitful life there should be a balance between the two forms of energy.

The pranic energy ‘chi’ which regulates life according to fengshui is divided into five elements – water, wood, fire, earth & metal.

According to Chinese people everything in this universe is made up of one of these elements. And these elements are interchangeable amongst themselves, for example water nourishes wood, wood burns by fire and turns to ash and forms a part of earth, inside earth metal is created and metal liquefies to become liquid due to fire.

In this manner this cycle of conversion of energy is continuously going on in the universe. In fengshui the five basic elements are the basis of this universe and every element depicts a particular shape, color, direction and season.

Triangle is a sign of summer, fire; it depicts red color and south direction. Yellow color depicts East, element- earth, Wood depicts green color and spring season. Whole year is depicted by black color and has equal energies of all four directions. Spiral shape depicts north, water and ice and is associated with winter. Spherical shape represents white color, west direction and season- autumn.

Chinese relate these elements of Fengshui to Chinese astrology. They consider the earth a basis and consider speed of moon according to rotation of earth. According to Chinese calendar moon stays in one sun sign and hence have one element dominant for one year and therefore to complete rotation in all 12 sun signs it takes 12 years. According to them a person who is born under the dominance of one element should be advised to live in a house with dominance of that particular element. For example, water element represents knowledge, emotions, imagination and travel and persons with water as dominant element are writers, artists and introverts. Therefore to give maximum benefits to their personality these persons should primarily use water elements in their houses.

Like Feng shui, Vedic Vaastu has three universal elements. These are Satva, Rajja and Tama. Satva is such a force that gives life stability, growth, morality and positivity. ‘Tamsay’ element is exact opposite of all morality and related to aggression, negativity and destruction, ‘Rajja’ is between these two forces which gives life and environment activity, progressiveness and change.

Knowledge of both Vaastu and Fengshui proves that in human life and its surrounding environment, the principle of goodness or balance is necessary so that life is full of abundance, prosperity and happiness.

But along with this we have to remember that vaastu shaastra and fengshui is dependent on specific country, time and situation. Therefore, to blindly follow fengshui in our environment can in some ways be harmful as fengshui has been developed keeping in mind the environment of China.

According to geographical situation of China, to keep the Southern area of the house open and low is very good so that in summers the cool breeze coming from south can come in the house. Whereas in India north-eastern region should be kept open and low so that the early morning sun can bestow its rays and we can get goodness of northern breeze from Himalayas.

Similarly in Chinese social perspective according to fengshui the guest room is kept a little lower than kitchen so that the guest do not take away with him all the pranic ‘chi’ energy when he goes. Whereas in our culture, guest is our God and we feel happy by keeping them high.

In relation to Chinese mythology four animals protect the house, in east green python, in south red bird, in north black tortoise and in west white cheetah. Whereas in Indian mythology, Ganapati God of prosperity and ‘Vighnaharta’ protects the house, although in four direction east is for ‘Deva’, south is for ‘Yaksha’, west is for ‘Pisacha’ and north is dedicated for our forefathers or ‘Pitra’.

Bamboo tree is lucky according to Chinese folklores but according to Hindu mythology ‘Harshringara’ which came out during ‘Samudra Manthan’ is representative of prosperity and is a must in every house, ‘Meetha Neem’ is good for health and ‘Vrinda’ is good for the women of the house.

Therefore before selecting anything from any system we have to choose intelligently. To follow something without understanding can be an example of blindfolded mentality. It would be relevant to understand that how two schools of knowledge based on similar principle but practiced in different geographical areas, situations, climate, social and cultural variance can be related and why should we follow any other system, when we have our own scientifically designed and proven system?
